Tinuvin UV B75

Introduction

UV B75 is a liquid heat and light stabilizer system designed for use in polyurethanes such as reaction injection molded (RIM) polyurethanes and thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU). Also used in sealant and adhesive applications for polyurethane coatings on tarpaulins, floors and synthetic leather.

Features and advantages

UV B75 protects against processing, light, and weather-induced degradation of polyurethane products such as shoe soles, instrument and door panels, steering wheels, window trim, headrests, and armrests.
UV B75 can be easily added to aromatic or aliphatic polyurethane systems for thermoplastic moldings, semi-rigid integral foams, in-mold skins, and coating applications. It can be used with natural and colored materials.
UV B75 is particularly suitable for preparation for use in the above systems.
• Easy to pump, pourable liquids that allow for dust-free handling, automated dosing, and reduced mixing times
• All liquid packaging; no additive precipitation in the polyol phase at low temperatures
• Resistance to exudation/crystallization in many PUR systems
