BX ATA 129 is a newly developed high-activity ester antistatic agent, which has the effect of controlling static electricity. It is suitable for various thermoplastic polymers, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, soft and rigid polyvinyl chloride, and its thermal stability is better than other conventional antistatic agents. It has a faster antistatic effect and is easier to shape than other antistatic agents in the process of producing color masterbatches.
Safety
Its toxicity is low, and the US Food and Drug Administration permits this product to be used in food packaging materials.
Dosage
0.2-1.0% in the films
0.5-2.0% in the injection production.
