Product Manual for Solid Degradation Agent BX PP CM10
PP viscosity modifier masterbatch BX PP CM10 is efficient when applied for the production of controlled rheology polypropylene(CR-PP) instead of liquid peroxide. The peroxide masterbatch is much safer and easier than using liquid peroxide like Nouryon trigonox-301 and trigonox 101. this product is also known as polypropylene cooling masterbatch, polypropylene melt modifier,  polypropylene rheology masterbatch, and polypropylene MFI modifier.

Precautions

1. BX PP CM10 may react with the antioxidants such as phosphites and sulfur ethers which will diminish the degradation efficiency as well as lead to more application dosage.
2. BX PP CM10 should be used as soon as possible after the package opening, better not to store for too long a time. To pursue the best degradation efficiency, we advise using the product as soon as it is delivered given the package are entirely closed. The degradation efficiency will diminish beyond the shelf life described above.
3. Please refer to the material safety data sheet when dealing with the storage, transplantation and disposal of BX PP CM10.

● MFR modifier to produce fiber-grade polypropylene
● Petrochemicals, for example, for the production of Non-woven fiber and melt-blown fibers grade PP.
● PP Compounding to create higher MFR
● Co-agents in PE and Ethylene copolymer grafting
● Initiators for MAH grafting

Recommended Dosages

The recommended dosages with polypropylene as examples (melt index 3g/10min 230 o C, 2.16KG) as well as the raw materials is as follows.
