Product Description
Chain extender BX ADR 4370 is a polymeric epoxy functional chain extender. The epoxy functional groups in its structure can achieve chain extension of the polymer by reacting with the terminal light groups, hydroxyl groups and amino groups in the resin to improve the resin characteristics, viscosity, mechanical properties and the purpose of inhibiting polymer hydrolysis can be used in food contact materials.
epoxy chain extender BX ADR 4370 is generally blended and extruded with plastic resin through twin-screw or single-screw extruders. The recommended dosage in bio-based and biodegradable plastics such as polylactic acid (PLA), polymethylethylene carbonate (PPC), polybutylene succinate (PBS), and polyhydroxy fatty acid esters (PHAs) is 0.2 -1.5phr, recommended in polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyamine (PA) polycarbonate (PC) and other polycondensation recycled plastics The dosage is 0.2-2.0phr. The specific dosage depends on the number of active functional groups in the resin and the product performance requirements.
