Chemical name:

2,6-di-tert-butyl mixed phenol

light yellow oily liquid at room temperature, easily soluble in organic solvents such as alcohols, esters, ketones, alkanes, aromatic hydrocarbons, such as ethanol, butyl acetate, acetone, gasoline, toluene, etc. Insoluble in water. When this product is exposed to heat, light or air, its color will gradually deepen.

Application:

Antioxidant BX AO T502A is widely used as an antioxidant additive for fuel oil and lubricating oil, and it can also be used as an antioxidant for rubber and plastics. This product can be used alone or in combination. It is the replacement product of T501 (BHT) antioxidant, and the anti-oxidant effect of the same dosage is better than T501. It is suitable for various products using antioxidant T501, especially in fuel oil, it has superior performance and is easy to use, and its price is lower than that of antioxidant T501.

Package:

The product is packed in iron drums with a net weight of 180kg, applicable to various modes of transportation. The minimum of storage and transportation temperature shall be not lower than 10℃, and the maximum of that shall not exceed 50℃. The shelf life is 2 years, while the product is not able to expose to cold or exposure for long.

This product is not flammable, explosive or corrosive, with no special protection required. In case of accidental contact with skin, wash it off thoroughly with water and detergents.
