Flame Retardant BX FR HPCTP

Introduction:

Flame Retardant BX FR HPCTP is a halogen-free flame retardant. It is mainly applied in PC, PC/ABS resin, and PPO and nylon products. It also has good retardation for epoxy resin and could be used in preparing materials for large-scale IC packaging. Its retardation performance is by greater than traditional phosphorus bromine flame retardant systems. The products could be used for glass cloth laminated sheets of benzoxazine resin. FR HPCTP has excellent thermal stability, can withstand prolonged exposure to temperatures exceeding 250°C, is also resistant to ultra-low temperatures, and is resistant to water, oils, and organic solvents. It exhibits excellent flame retardancy and requires minimal addition. Generally, an addition of 8-10% can achieve a flame retardancy rating of FV-0, equivalent to 50% of the amount used for BDP or RDP.
