Permanent antistatic additives generate a conductive network during compounding/processing, then discharge through the pathway. baoxu permanent antistatic is made of thermoplastic polyamide elastomer blends(TPAE), similar to Poly Ether Block Amide(PEBA). Antistatic agent BX ATA P200 is heat-resistant at about 280℃, and can be used for antistatic for high temperature nylon like PA66 resin to achieve a long-term antistatic effect. Analog to Arkema PEBAX MH 1657/MV 2030 grade.

Processing Guide
Antistatic agents are hygroscopic. Baoxu antistatic agents are sealed in moisture-proof bags and can be used directly after opening. However, the antistatic agent must be dried before the next use. The recommended drying conditions are that the antistatic masterbatch needs to be dried at 90°C for 3 hours before granulation and extrusion, and 110°C for 3 hours before injection molding; granulated antistatic materials and special materials also need to be dried. For example, origin PP does not need to be dried, but antistatic PP needs to be dried at 80°C for 2-3 hours. Baoxu permanent antistatic agents are recommended to be used for granulation and extrusion with a twin-screw extruder, and then injection molding. Only special materials can be directly mixed and used for injection molding. Compatibilizer additives are needed when these antistatic agents are used in PE, PE and HIPS.
