Antioxidant BX AO L01
Chemical Name:
Product Name: P, P’-DIOCTYLDIPHENYLAMINE
Other name N,N-Bis(octylphenyl)amine
CAS 26603-23-6
Molecular Formula: C28H43N
Molecular Weight: 393.65
Features
Synonyms:
BASF Irganox L01
Synergistic Effect:
The performance of L01 can be further enhanced when used in combination with phenolic antioxidants such as BX AO 1135 and copper deactivators.
When used in combination with phenyl-α-naphthylamine, the synergistic effect optimally controls sludge formation.
Note: The color of pure L01 or lubricants blended with L01 may darken if exposed to direct sunlight or stored for extended periods. This is a result of the product’s antioxidant activity and has no impact on product performance. In fact, this is a typical phenomenon for diphenylamine products, while L01 exhibits a relatively lower discoloration trend.
