water-based antioxidant BX AO 245W

Introduction:

AO 245W is a new type of antioxidant emulsion high-efficiency, environmentally friendly terminator produced by our company. It has very good compatibility with PVC macromolecules, so it has excellent anti-migration and anti-extraction properties. In addition, since it is an asymmetric hindered phenol structure, it will not form a quinone-like structure by itself, so it is beneficial to improve the thermal aging whiteness of PVC resin, and has very strong anti-yellowing ability. The post-processing performance of the produced PVC resin is excellent, and the transparency and volume impedance are very good. It is currently one of the most environmentally friendly PVC polymerization terminator products. When the conversion rate of the polyvinyl chloride synthesis reaction reaches about 80%, the addition of this terminator can immediately terminate the polymerization reaction, thereby reducing the proportion of unstable structures in PVC, improving the thermal stability of the resin, improving the plasticizing properties of the resin, avoiding and reducing the attack of free radicals on PVC molecules, and greatly improving the whiteness and anti-aging ability of PVC resin.

Package:

Storage and preservation: This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse. Avoid direct sunlight. The best storage temperature is 5-40℃. Under the above storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of production. After the shelf life, it can still be used after passing the inspection.  Packaging: 200KG, 1000KG plastic barrel packaging.
