Application

TCEP is used in plastic and rubber products for inflaming retarding and plasticization. As inflaming retardant,it is widely used in poly (vinyl chloride), Soft/Hard poly amino resin, Acetic cellulose, Ethyl/nitrocellulose Lacquer, refractory rubber, and rubber conveyor belt. It improves water resistance, weather resistance, cold resistance and antistatics. Normal amount to add:5-10 units. Hard polyamino resin LOI up to 26. It is also used as an additive in lubricant ion oil and gasoline.

Features

  • Low-cost chlorine and phosphorous-based flame retardant.
  • Best hydrolysis stability among currently available phosphates flame retardant.
  • Does not dissolve in water, dissolves in most organic solvents, and has good compatibility with resins.
