BX silica PE MB introduction
BX silica PE MB is a silica and olefin copolymerization that has good compatibility with polyolefin materials. When used in polyolefin film, it imparts the molding surface an excellent slippery effect just in a small amount. With no exudation, BX silica PE MB can resolve the problems such as pollution and transfer because of migration and exudation, effect change with time and temperature, which is caused by traditional silica , erucamide, and oleic acid amide, oleamide.

Application
Due to anti-blocking Masterbatch’s standard particle form and the same grain size as polyolefin, it is suitable for direct extrusion, biaxial stretching, casting, and blown film molding after mixing and dispersing evenly with the particles of polyolefin. When being used in three co-extruded BOPP or PE films, it can be directly added to the heat-sealing layer to decrease the static and dynamic COF of the film surface, thus improving processing speed and stable quality. It has long-lasting slip performance without odor, exudation and influence on printing.
BX silica PP MB can be used with all known additives. The recommended addition in the polyolefin film is as follows:
PE 3.0 ~ 10.0
PP 3.0 ~ 10.0
Slip Masterbatch Food Contact
It can be used as a food contact additive. The polyolefin part of this MB is compliant with article 177.1520(c)3 of the FDA and the siloxane part is compliant with article 181.28 of FDA.
Slip Masterbatch Packaging and Transportation
The standard packaging is PE bag, the net weight is 25kg/bag, 500kg/pallet. Packaging and transportation is in accordance with international laws and regulations.
Slip Masterbatch Storage
BX Silica PE MB is suggested to be stored in a dry and cool place. It will be valid for two years. Please seal up after each opening to avoid dampness.
