Introduction

Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is widely used in industrial settings to create durable, shockproof, and waterproof protective eartags. TPU ear tags in farming can enhance livestock management. TPU plastics ear tags cas resist extreme weather, UV damage, and cracking in freezing temperatures. Farmers use them for visual identification, RFID tracking, and health monitoring. Most tpu ear tags are in yellow or red color and requires black laser marking, with high contrast. BX LASER 8208U is designs for this purpose, dosage can be 2-5% while minimum negative effects to the color. So user can without concerns and additional job on color matching.

BX Laser 8208U is a laser marking additive for tpu plastic, to mark black color on white or colored TPU  plastics, typical dosage 2-5%.

Laser Engraving Systems
