Plastics PA10T, PA12, PA66, PEEK, PPS, PPSU are high-performance and engineering thermoplastics are engineered for outstanding thermal, mechanical, and chemical requirements. For compounding and color those polymers, high-performance pigment with high weather and light fastness, also chemica stability are often required.

Polyamide resins, also known as Nylon, are used in demanding applications like powertools, automotive parts, gears, and appliance parts, The combination of high processing temperatures and amines present in Nylon polymers make most traditional dyes or organic pigments unsuitable for use. The stability of colorants in nylon is very important. The following products are the colorants we recommended for these high temperature polymers such as PA, PPS, PPSU or PEEK, and its alloys.

• BX red 350, solvent red 350 heat resistance up to 340℃, application is PA6/PA66/HT nylon/PPS plastic, good migration/light resistance, boiling water resistance, Equilvent to BASF Oracet Red 350FA/GR.
• BX orange es, orange dye 116 offers excellent thermal stability, migration resistance, boiling water resistance, and good fastness properties. Equilvent to BASF Oracet Orange ES.
• BX yellow ht, heat resistance up to 380℃, application is PA6/PA66/HT nylon/PPS/PEEK, good migration resistance, boiling water resistance. Replace BASF Cromophtal Yellow K1310/4GV.
• BX orange HT, heat resistance up to 380℃, application is PA6/PA66/HT nylon/PPS/PEEK plastic, good migration/light resistance, boiling water resistance. replace lanxess Macrolex Orange HT.
• BX orange r, dye 107 exhibits outstanding lightfastness, migration resistance, acid and alkali resistance and excellent heat stability, replace lanxess Macrolex Orange R.
• BX red A, replace lanxess Macrolex Red A.
• BX red FR, is a fluorescence, present bright red color, for PA6 and PA66.
• BX red HT, Iexhibits a vibrant yellow-red shade and possesses excellent overall performance, recommended for PA6/PA66/PA12.
• BX yellow rl, heat resistance up to 380℃, application is PA6/PA66/HT nylon/PPS/PEEK, good migration resistance, boiling water resistance. replace clariant Polysynthren Yellow RL.
