Description

BX FR OP930 is a highly efficient halogen-free flame retardant based on an organic phosphonate structure. It possesses a suitable particle size (D95 < 15 μm), exhibits good dispersibility in polymer matrices, and demonstrates excellent high-temperature resistance, with a decomposition temperature exceeding 350℃. This product is insoluble in water and common organic solvents, exhibiting outstanding hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for flame-retardant modification of cable sheaths and insulation materials, specialty engineering plastics, thermoplastic elastomers, and thick-walled or large-section components where high requirements for halogen-free flame retardancy, heat resistance, solvent resistance, and migration resistance are required

Application

BX FR OP930 can be used alone or in combination with other halogen-free flame retardants to achieve synergistic flame-retardant effects and further optimize the electrical properties, mechanical strength, and thermal stability of the materials. It is suitable for extrusion processes, and performs particularly well in the halogen-free flame-retardant modification of power cables, communication cables, automotive wiring harnesses, and industrial cables where strict requirements for surface quality, dispersion uniformity, hydrolysis resistance, and long-term thermal stability are necessary.

Packing

BX FR OP930 should be stored in a 12.5kg paper bag with a polyethylene liner. The temperature during storage and transportation should not exceed 80℃. It must be sealed and protected from moisture. The product should be stored at room temperature in a dry place. Under these conditions, the minimum shelf life is 24 months from the date of shipment
