Introduction

is faint yellow waxy solid, and its flammability point is around is 296℃. It is a kind of non-ionic surface active agent, and stable in acid, alkali and water, does not dissolve in most solvent under normal temperature. It is permitted tobe used for food container and packaging material(GB 9685-2008).

 

Application

as anti-sticking agent and anti-blocking agent for EVA and PVC;
also applicable to anti-sticking agent for EVA hot melt adhesive;

can be used as lubricant, anti-sticking agent and release agent for PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA, PET and PC;
can be used as release agent and inside lubricant for acrylic rubber;

can be used as dispersing agent and coupling agent for pigment and extender, because this product can produce strong affinity with inorganic pigment and extender, which can attach to particle surface in order to modify pigment or fill;

can be used as anti-sticking agent, extrusion addition additive and release agent for epichlorohydrin rubber, flourinated rubber and cyanation and vulcanization.
