Applications

BX UV PR-25 (DMBM) is a highly efficient UV absorber belongs to the benzylidene malonate class. It exhibits strong absorption in the short-wavelength UV spectral region and is classified as a UV-B absorber. PR-25 can be used in conjunction with hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) to further enhance the product’s weather resistance and protection against UV rays. Under stable performance conditions,

Light initial color and does not form complexes with metal ions, causing no color change in plastics, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring high color accuracy and transparent parts;

Good solvent compatibility, recommended for use in coatings;

Recommended addition level: 0.1%~0.3%, actual addition level should be adjusted according to the desired effect.
