Overview Introduction

An optimized mixture of copper halides, potassium halides, and synergists additive.

Heat stabilizer BX AO H318 is is a highly effective heat-aging stabilizer and antioxidant, primarily used in glass-fiber reinforced or unreinforced PA6, PA66, and PA9T/PPA systems. It is also suitable for other reinforced and unreinforced grades of PA6, PA11, PA12, and copolyamides. Primarily used for materials such as PA6, PA66, PPA, PA9T, and PA10T, as well as in electronics industry applications.

Features and advantages

★ Provides long-term stability for high-performance nylon, preventing embrittlement under demanding operating temperatures and stress.
★ Offers excellent protection against premature mechanical fatigue caused by high temperatures, chemical corrosion, and harsh environmental conditions.
★ Imparts a distinctive light green appearance to the nylon, making it suitable for applications such as nylon cable ties and films.
★ Suitable for long-term aging stability in environments exceeding 150°C.
