Introduction

BX TR 451 is a specialized processing aids and dispersing agent designed for high-mineral-filled polyolefin systems. Its unique molecular structure enhances the compatibility between fillers and polyolefins, offering excellent lubrication, dispersion, and processing stability.replace STRUKTOL TR 451.

Application

Eliminate surface defects: BX TR 451 processing aids significantly improves surface white streaks defects in molded parts. The recommended addition rate is 0.15-0.3%.

Impact Performance: notably enhances the impact performance of highly filled polyolefin systems, especially those containing calcium carbonate and barium sulfate. The suggested addition rate is 0.3-0.5%.

Surface Adhesion: It does not affect the surface dyne level and can improve the adhesion of paint and other materials to the substrate

 

Dosage

We recommend the dosage of BX TR 451dispersant as follows:

  1. Eliminate surface defects: 0.15-0.3%
  2. improve surface and impact performance in calcium carbonate and barium sulfate systems: 0.3-0.5%

 

Product Package

Packed in a paper bag or PE bag, 25kg per carton. 20 packs per pallet, the net weight of each pallet is 500 kg, and the outside is wrapped with stretch film.
