Introduction

Baoxu PMMA(acrylic) Microspheres particles is available in general, heat-resistant, and cosmetic grades. General type offers good solvent resistance, transparency, and dispersion for matting and scratch resistance. Heat-resistant type adds thermal stability and light diffusion to plastics. Cosmetic grade provides silky texture and smooth spreadability for personal care applications. Equilvent to SEKISUI KASEI techpolymer EXM, MBX series.

Application

  • BX LDA EXM are high-temperature resistant PMMA(acrylic) crosslinked microspheres specifically developed for high-temperature processing of plastics. It offers better resistance to yellowing. They are widely used in PC/PS/PP/PMMA as light/led diffusing agents or anti-blocking agents for films. They can also be used in LCD light diffusing films, reflective films, coatings, inks, cosmetics, and other fields.
  • In coatings and inks, they can be used in almost all water-based, solvent-based, and UV-based systems.
  • High-transparency matting Powder: When BX LDA EXM PMMA spherical micropowder is added to coatings, it creates minute irregularities on the coating surface. These minor irregularities scatter light, resulting in a good matting effect.
  • Anti-Scratch Agent: This crosslinked product has good toughness and scratch resistance. It can be used to make scratch-resistant coatings for high-grade wood finishes.
  • Tactile Improver: This product has a soft, elastic texture, giving product surfaces an excellent tactile feel. It has a softer feel than PMMA microspheres.
  • Light Diffusing Agent: Suitable for use in light diffusing films, reflective films, and light-diffusing PC, PMMA, PS, and other materials for LED lighting.
  • Anti-blocking agent: Can be used as an anti-blocking agent for plastic films, with superior performance compared to traditional inorganic anti-blocking agents.
