BX IM 227 MBS Impact Modifier/toughener

Description

IM227 is using advanced synthetic resin technology carefully developed for PC and PC alloy and other engineering plastic compounding, a special toughening agent by our company, its core-shell structure is carefully designed by polymers, core is styrene-butadiene rubber and shell is MMA, it has High impact resistance, ultra-low temperature impact resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and colorability features.

IM225 can be widely used as an MBS impact modifier for engineering plastics including PC, PC/ABS, PC/PBT, polyester(PET,PBT), styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN) and other alloy toughening systems.

Twin screw extrusion granulation conditions: temperature C1-C9 240-255℃ Die head 260℃ Screw speed 450rpm.

Packing

MBS impact modifier IM225 is packed in 20kg woven bag or 400kg bulk bag.Avoid isolation, drench.Stored in cool and dry place, shelf life: two years.
