BX ADA 201 acts as a flame retardant and anti-dripping agent in PC, PC/ABS, and other alloy systems, enabling the materials to achieve higher flame retardancy standards. It can also increase the polymer’s melt strength and the finished product’s anti-collapse properties. Because of its high heat resistance, this product is more suitable for high-temperature molding methods such as hot runners and die casting. Replace METABLEN a3800.

Product Features

1. The product contains no chlorine or inorganic release agents.

2. The product is not prone to yellowing and is resistant to high-temperature processing.

3. It has excellent dispersion properties, resulting in a superior surface finish for injection molding;

4. The product has passed tests for RoHS, REACH, perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS), octylphenol (OP), octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (OPEO), nonylphenol (NP), and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (NPEO). PC flame retardant system: 0.1-0.5%
