LOMON BILLIONS LR-961 Introduction
LOMON BILLIONSS LR-961 pigment is an alumina-treated rutile titanium dioxide pigment made by the sulfate process. It is specially designed for e-coatings and has excellent dispersibility and stability in e-coatings formulations.
