Flame Retardant for PP Plastic FR PP V0 NA
Introduction:
Flame Retardant for PP plastic FR PP V0 NA is a halogen-free environment-friendly LSHF flame retardant with N and P, a non-APP-based FR system. FR PP V0 NA has higher thermal stability and decomposition temperature. FR PP V0 NAB is more suitable for TPE, PE, and XLPE wires and cables because it contains higher phosphorus content than FR PP V0 NA.

-UL94 V0 (0.75mm)
–70℃×168hrs water-immersion (UL746C)
–GWIT 750℃
–GWFI 960℃
–free from the restrictions of RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC approved by the EU and the Council. Besides, wires and cables with FR PP V0 NAB can reach the standard of UL1581 VW-1.
Advantage:
Low density, Lower smoke generation, Less mold corrosion. Polyolefin with FR PP V0 NA does have not the phenomenon of the water-sliding surface during extrusion, and sieves can be added during the process.
Applications:
Flame Retardant for PP plastic is widely used in PP, PP with GF, TPE, PE, XLPE wires and cables.
