Polypropylene Flame Retardant Masterbatch
Introduction:
Polypropylene Flame Retardant Masterbatch, grade name FR PP V2 MB is a Low amount, effective FR result, low inflammation, and little Br content (it is almost halogen–free in the PP final products), no need to add ATO, perfect processing performance, and no precipitation.
Test past:
–UL94 V2 (1.5mm)

The extrusion and injection of PP for V2 grade under UL94

Recommendation:
- Referring to the lubrication system, we suggest using EBS.
- The recipe can’t be mixed with BDDP flame retardant, otherwise, the final products will become gray and black.
- Polypropylene Flame Retardant masterbatch will not be affected because of adding the black master batch. No retroaction to the UV stabilizer and antioxygen.
- It is not good to add the color masterbatch with calcium carbonate.
Package and Storage:
20kgs or 25kgs kraft bag with double PE inner. By customer’s requirements. Handle with care, keep air-tight and dry.
